We will be using the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, aka P.B.I.S. framework in our school next year. What this means for our school and students is we will be focusing on a preventative approach to behavior. This means our school will have a focused approach to managing student behavior on positive interactions, ultimately aiming to keep students in the classroom learning environment. You can also ask me any questions, I am a team member of our Behavior Leadership Team and have attended several trainings in developing our new school framework.
